During the day, you can accuse or nominate another player if you suspect them of being part of a different team or allegiance. This player will then go on trial and have to proclaim their innocence by making a defense speech as to why they should not be eliminated from the village. You may accuse another player if you have a suspicion but there is a limit of one accusation per player. The only exception to this are the lovers who are forbidden to accuse each other.

Artifacts are special cards that grant temporary powers. More information coming soon.

There are roles that need a specific circumstances to occur in order to Ascend and become a more powerful role. This is related to cards like Apprentice Seer, Zeus or Hades.

Specific Roles have special powers that can alter the allegiance of other players’ thus turning them and making them join other teams. An example for this is the Alpha Wolf or Demon Wolf.

If you are accused or nominated, you will be put on trial and have to give a brief defense speech in front of all the Towsnfolk to convince them of your innocence and avoid being lynched and thus for eliminated. You may reveal your role in your speech to strengthen your position if you wish but be careful of the consequences. Other players may not interrupt you during your speech.

Once we finish gathering all the accusations and nominations, and hear their respective defense speeches, it’s now time to vote! Each player gets only one vote and all players must vote at the exact same time. The accused player with the highest number of votes will be eliminated from the game (the exception to this is the Prince). If there is a tie vote, the Mayor will decide who gets lynched. Lover are not allowed to vote against each other.

The Blood Moon is the first night and just for team members like Werewolf Pack and Sisters to recognize each other. No eliminations will take place and no one will get to use their Special Powers except for Cupid. Only Cupid will be allowed to choose the Lovers.

These Roles start out as a regular Villager or Werewolf. Once any God in his regular form is eliminated the other Gods ascend and unlock their special powers.

Our current God roles are:

Aphordite, Hades and Zeus

Special Powers can be lost temporary or permanently. Some roles that manipulate this are the following:

Albino Wolf, Doctor, Jester or Soul Stealer

Towards the end of each day a lynching of a player takes place. The townsfolk has a couple minutes every day to discuss what happened during the previous nights and days. At one point players get to accuse and most likely nominate other players based on their information and behaviour. Nominated people defend themselves with a speech. The townsfolk then votes for a player to be eliminated by lynch. Usually, the person with the least convincing speech will be found guilty and thus be eliminated.

Marking a target is choosing a player. Roles like Arsonist, Assassin, or Trapper use this kind of special power. Usually, you don’t want to be a marked player but as a marked players you don’t know whether you have been marked or not.

During the first day, players who want to run for Mayor will give a Mayor speech to convince the Townsfolk why they should be elected as Mayor. The Mayor will run the town and has the final word if there is a tie during the lynch vote. The mayor is an added Special Power on top of the regular role of the player so to speak. Any player can be a Mayor. If a Mayor should get eliminated he or she will pass on the Mayor role to any player of his or her choice.

A mentor is usually chosen during the first night by specific roles like the Acolyte, Embittered, Monk or Wild Child. The mentor usually does not know that he or she is a mentor and is basically connected unwillingly to the role that chose the mentor.

If a person is protected this person can’t be eliminated for the duration announced by the Game Master. A Game Master usually refers to the Special Power of the Protector, Witch or Monk this way.

A Cult Leader recruits members into his Cult.

The village is the fictional town where all the players live (including Villagers, Werewolves, Soloists, Vampires, etc.).

A vicitim is the player that the Werewolf Pack or any other role have choosen to eliminate during the night. The victim is going to be announced after the night is over and the Townsfolk awakens. It is a good idea to pay attention to the reaction of the Townsfolk. Some will celebrate, some will be confused and some surprised about the result. It is for you to figure out why.

Townsfolk
Same as Village

The village is the fictional town where all the players live (including Villagers, Werewolves, Soloists, Vampires, etc.).

Towards the end of each day, the Townsfolk will vote (out of the list of players nominated) to eliminate a player. Simple Majority wins and if there is a tie, the Mayor will decide who gets lynched.

Each night, the Spellcaster or Werecaster choose a player to spellcast. The spellcasted player is not allowed to talk for the duration of the following day. If the spellcasted person talks, he or she will be warned first and on the second strike immediately eliminated.
